Will be looking after my Granddaughter today as she has an extra day off tacked on to the end of her half term week, but her brother is back at school.

Today I have a Christmas card I made with some snippets so I will be joining my playmates at the Pixies Snippets Playground with this.
I won the lovely prize last week, and guess what it was a Tonic Scottie Dog Die can't wait till it arrives.

This is a 5"x5" size card.
I used my freebie stamps again to stamp around the edges of the card, and the sentiment inside and outside the card.
The image is a Hunkydory one.
A quick and simple card to make, and quite flat to post.

VINTAGE HALLOWEEN ALBUM

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
I would like to welcome my newest follower, and thank you for choosing to follow me.
I do hope to see you visit as often as your time allows.

Been busy making a Vintage Halloween Album today so I can join the Frilly and Funkie Challenge.
The last challenge I managed to get a Top 3 badge with my Harry Potter card, so I was a very happy bunny as I haven't been making these types of cards for very long.
Sorry this is a bit picture heavy.

The Album is 7"x6" in size.
Some of the papers are Graphic 45, and some are Pink Gem ones.
The images I found on the internet as I didn't have any Vintage Halloween ones.
I inked the edges of all the papers, and images with Rusty Hinge DI.
The flower was one I have had for ages, and the gold leaves were created with Starlight Paints, and then die cut them.
Added afew skeliton leaves some bats and a vintage clock face.

Thank you so much for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

HAREBELL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I needed to make a card for the Butterfly Challenge, and this time around it is H for Hoops and or Harebell well I can tell you this really used up some of my brain cells trying to think of a card to make.
Mr Mojo was having a few tantrums as well.
So I finally got it all together last night, and I am quite pleased with it.

This is a 5.5"x 7" size tent card I made.
The image of the Harebell flower is off the internet, and I added some Glamour Dust to give it a glittery look.
The hoop is a frame covered with gems.
Now to the colouring on the edge of the card this really did give me a headache, but I finally inked the edges with two different inks to get the colour I was after.
They were Versa Chlk Ink Petuna, and Memento Brilliance Pearlecent Blue.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
I very much appreciate them all.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

STAMPED CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Looked after my Grand Children yesterday as it's half term, and their other Nanny and Grandad have them today, and then my Son and DIL are on holiday for the rest of the week with them.

Having troubles with my back again.
It's slightly different this time around, as it doesn't hurt too much when I am sitting like the last time, just when I am moving about.

As I stated in my last post I bought a stamping magazine with lots of lovely Christmas stamps as a freebie.
So here is a card I made out of them, and a reminder that Rudolf day starts today and runs till the end of the month HERE

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I stamped the lovely fir branch all around the edge of the card, with Pine Needles DI, and then added the pine cones with Peanut Brittle Memento Ink.
The stamped image I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and coloured it in with Pro-Markers.
The sentiment is also from the same set of stamps.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your lovely concern about my Great Grandson Ewan.
He is fine now, and is home with his family.
Hubby's not been well for a few days, but  is much better now, so sorry I haven't been about much.

Today I have a card I made with some snippets of red card which I had left over from some batch making Christmas cards lately.

This is a 5"x5" size card.
The lovely Scottie dogs I bought from the Works.
I just love Scottie dogs as that used to be my nickname at school as my surname was Scott.
The stamped sentiment inside and on the front was from a freebie set from the latest stamping magazine.
There are some wonderful stamps, and I will show more of what I made with them soon.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

PINK CARD FOR BREAST CANCER MONTH

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

He is still in hospital, and hopefully will be home tomorrow.
Off to see him this afternoon.

Today I have a card so I can join in a couple of challenges.
One being the Allsorts and because I used some snippets of cotton lace I will be joining the Snippets Playground also.

This is a 5".5 x7" tent style card.
I matted some lovely bright pink card to the base white card.
Then I added my snippets of lace to it, and a ribbon and bow.
Then I added some lovely material daisies I bought from the works.
The image is a Heartfelt Creations one
The die cuts are from a Tonic die.

GRAPHIC 45 BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time.

Today I have a card I made for my SIL who had a Birthday last Sunday.
Now recently C&C hade a big 4 day deal where they reduced the price of lots of crafting goodies.
So how can a girl resist such an offer.
I bought lots of Graphic 45 paper pads for such a knock down price of £10.99 each.
I just love their paper pads and images, but found it hard to afford them at full price.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
As stated the papers are Graphic 45 Ladies Diary, and the images are off the pads too.
I just edged the images with Memento Dandelion ink.

Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

A SHABBY CHIC CARD INSPIRED BY A BOOK

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Had family over for tea today so lots of cooking and clearing up after they went home.
Oh it's lovely to have them here, but the washing up afterwards is not great.

Well on to my card for today it's a card I made for the Frilly and Funkie Challenge, and the theme this fortnight is Author, and book inspired.
Now I don't read much these days, but was inspired by The Harry Potter books, as I think the stories are superb and very wonderful.
Oh to have J.K. Rowling's imagination must be wonderful.

This is a 8"x8" size black card I made.
I matt and layered it with Kraft card, and paper.
I distressed the edges with scissors, and inked the edges with Rusty Hinge DI.
I then sprayed the whole card with Phill Martins Old Gold  Cosmic Shimmer Mist which gave it a lovely gold sheen.
I used Phill Martins Chic Pumpkin Sparkle Texture Paste through a mask, and lots of bits from my stash to finish it off.

Thank you so much for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ART DECO BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for all your well wishes about my back .
It's a lot better now, and thank goodness it didn't lat too long as I hate not being able to do things.
I am how ever being quite careful what I do as I just twisted awkwardly, and that's what started it off.
I suffer with Arthritis in my spine from a few accidents when I was younger.
I had an accident when a bus had to stop in an emergancy which affected my back, and I used to play squash when I was younger, and slipped and fell in the shower.
So it all takes it's toll when you are older.
In any rate well that's enough of my ailments as there are people much worse off than me, but I just wanted to explain why at times you will hear me say about my back.

Today I have an Art Deco card I made for my friends Birthday in June that I haven't shown yet.
This is from a Hunkydory set I purchased as it's my sister's 70th Birthday in December, and she loves Art Deco.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The image, and the papers are Hunkydory.
Just added a couple of snippets of flowers, and snippets of die cuts around the flowers coloured in with Tumbled Glass DI.
So I can join my friends at the Snippets playground with this.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BABY GIRL CARD INSPIRED BY KEVIN'S CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Sorry I have not been around today, but my back has been playing me up and I can't sit for long periods without being in pain.
So I always craft to take my mind off the pain, and it always seems to work for me that is.

On Saturday a new Allsorts Challenge started and the theme is a re-run of one of their fave cards that anyone of their team mates has made putting their own take on it.

So here is my take on Kevin's card for Challenge No: 379 New Beginings.

Here is Kevin's beautiful card for that particular challenge that inspired me.

So thank you Kevin for the inspiration, and getting me to make a shape card I have never made before.

The papers, and the image on mine are from the Joanna Sheen Baby Love CD.
I inked the edges with Memento Rose Bud Ink.
Then I added some satin baby shapes to the card, and a bow.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

AUTUMNAL EASEL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Another weekend is upon us, and I do hope you are all having a good weekend.
My card today was made to enter the Frilly and Funkie challenge.
I thought I would go with Autumn colours again.
So here is what I came up with.
I hope you like it.

This caard is 8" in dimensions.
I started by cutting out an 7" circle card from a 8" square white card.
Then I cut out the same sizes in black card, and covered the white card so I hade a black base easel card.
I then used my Martha Stewart circle punch Floral Web design at the measurements of 8" and covered the bottom of the card and the front of the easel.
I cut a 6" one out of black card also
I used Phil Martin's Old Gold gilding wax on the edges.
I used the gilding wax, and some gold stickles on some leaves I had, and added them to the edge.
Finally I die cut some circles, and added a sentiment to the middle.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
I very much appreciate every one.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.
